I'd used Peak Structural twice years ago to fix my foundation (oh the joys of an old house on the Westside). So when I was looking to remodel, I wanted them to come out and make sure my foundation was in the best shape possible before I did all the work. Anthony came out and spent several hours going over every inch of my home, measuring, and finally offering his opinion. Being very thorough he also had his service manager look over his information and come out as well to confirm what he thought. Ultimately there's nothing that needs to be done but I have a great deal of peace of mind and plan to use them in the future if something does arise later.
